About my Uppercup

We go to great lengths to ensure that our cups are ethically and sustainably made.

Uppercup is always easy to clean, completely Bisphenol S (BPS) and Bisphenol A (BPA) free and Tritan used in our coffee cups and bottles is free of Estrogenic and Androgenic activity.

Yes of course. We aim to be as sustainable as possible and as such offer spare parts. New Cups/or lids are available on our website CLICK HERE. Otherwise, please contact us and we can process your order for you. 

Yes. You can place the base cup of the Uppercup in the microwave just do not put the lid in the microwave. 

The Uppercup can hold temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius and we would advise washing the Uppercup at a max temperature of 65 degrees Celcius.

Yes! You can return your Uppercup to be recycled and we will turn it into a new Uppercup+. Email us at hello@lustysolutions.com to return your Uppercup.

All orders on Uppercup website are processed in AUD.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However, this is for an indication only, we process all our Uppercup orders in AUD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate. This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.  


If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled, this will include a tracking number.
